I absolutely love these photo's, not only are they cool and crazy but they have an electric feel to them which is mostly coming from the models hair (charlotte carey). the clothing is also brilliant, it has this bohemian/rock chic/carefree/ look to it which i am totally into at the moment! the low light lighting really brings out the model herself and the amazing clothes she is wearing. everything just looks perfect. these photo's make me want to just dance around and go insane!! who else wants to go and party right now.. even though it is midday for me haha

this collection is truly magical, every bit of detail is incredible and each piece is amazing. i would wear some of these pieces every single day if i could and not only is the clothing wonderful but the accessories are to die for! these looks are definitely an inspiration of my own at the moment, even though i unfortunately don't have anything like them...

last night was a good and fun night filled with friends, laughs and whole lot of lasers. it was my friends good bye party since she goes back to america very soon, and since she is basically a big kid we decided to play some laser force. it was heaps of fun, but very tiring... then we just sat around southbank for 2 hours chilling and chatting. 

i also hope you all had a lovely christmas and are enjoying your summer/winter break!

plain face

i found a pack of watercolour paints in the garage the other day, so i thought i would give them a go. i have never done a full watercolour painting, so these were my very first proper watercolour paintings ever. i actually really enjoyed doing them, as i did them in less than 30 minutes and didn't get bored at all.. plus there was no mess at all which was definitely a bonus!

today was a nice and relaxing day, as i went out for lunch with a couple of friends and then chilled with one of them for the rest of the afternoon. there was no sun in the sky but there was definitely laughter in the air which was good!

streets of colour

Juliana Santacruz Herrera is an artist who has transformed the cracks throughout the streets of paris into wonderful and colourful pieces of art. she saw the cracks and potholes of the city as a 'canvas' for her project. she has created these masterpieces using bright and colourful yarn. the yarn is braided and coiled into the breaks of the streets. 

This is such a beautiful idea and it really brightens up the streets in such a magnificent way, one day i will visit paris and definitely keep a lookout for these amazing pieces!

 I love these shots of Zippora Seven by Benni Valsson, they are so naturally beautiful! what i love most is the use of the dark lighting, it really makes the images so soft but feisty. zippora has such a beautiful face, she is so raw and fierce but  then she has an elegant side to her as well. she is definitely one of my favourite models, and even though she is not that tall she is definitely doing very well in the industry which i like!
